Instruction of Paper Submission:
Please login your account before submitting your paper. Papers must be prepared in PDF (Portable Document Format) file. Any formats other than PDF will not be considered for review. Please note that the filename of the paper should include the initials of the topic name and the author’s name, e.g.
For a paper in Integrated ENDT&E Systems, the filename is IES_Name.doc
Please submit your 2-page abstract to ENDE2019 before June. 26, 2019. If you encounter any problems that prevent you from registration or submission, please use a different browser (recommend Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox) or clean the cookie of the browser. If the problem still not resolved, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
◆ Guidelines for Oral Presentation:
Presenters are recommended to use the official template to prepare their slides. The time duration for an oral presentation is 20 minutes maximum, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A, please make sure the length of your slides should fit the time slot assigned for presentation. Please also prepare a printed short bio of yourself (about 150 words at most) and give it to the session chair prior to your presentation.
◆ Guidelines for Poster Presentation:
Posters must be prepared using the official template. For the convenience of authors, we provide the poster printing service, authors can click the "Print Poster" button on the Quick Links of the main page, then upload a poster and make payment ($15 for each poster). Please note that the poster printing service will end on 8th September 2019. Poster sessions will be held in the Exhibit Hall of the conference venue. The size of the poster board is 90cm wide * 120cm high. Boards will be labelled with the "Board Number". Please refer to the conference program to find the corresponding board for your posters presentation. At least one author of the paper should stand by the poster for (most of the time) the duration of the poster session. This is essential to present your work to anyone interested in it also to make sure that your presence is verified by one of the session chairs. Materials to hang the poster will be made available on-site. Our staff will assist you to put up the posters at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of each poster session. Please remove your poster at the end of the session.
