Obtaining Visa Application Document

China has issued a new visa-applying policy, it may take some time (several weeks to months) from the application to get the fastest approval of a visa. For details of visa application, please find the nearest Chinese Consulate or Embassy in your country, Please review your visa status to determine if you need a visa to enter China and apply at your earliest. If you need a letter of invitation to attend ENDE 2019, please fill the form of “INVITATION LETTER REQUEST” and send it to ende2019@sina.com with the subject of "invitation letter".

Please clarify, whether the original copy or scanned version may be accepted for your visa application. No one can contact or intervene with any Chinese Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf so please apply for your visa as soon as possible if you decide to attend ENDE 2019.
