Registration Fees

ENDE 2019 offers four types of registration: regular, student, accompanying person, and banquet ticket only. The details of each registration type can be found below:

1.Regular registration: regular registration fee for one person covers only for one paper. If an author has more than one paper to present, he/she needs to pay extra for other papers. Regular registration includes the book of abstracts, IOS press special issue book, welcome reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks and the participation in all related workshop events.

2.Student registration: discounted registration fee for one student covers only for one paper, which includes all privileges of regular registration plus the participation in student special events and poster competition.

3. Accompanying Person: registration fee for accompanying person includes all lunches, banquet and coffee breaks. Each author can only register for one accompanying person.

4. Banquet ticket only: join our luxurious banquet, one ticket covers one person.

P.S.: The registration fee can be paid on this website through Wechat, Alipay, Paypal, and International Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, JCB). Once the payment is made, you will receive a response email, which has a link for applying receipt. You can fill the information you need on the receipt. Commonly, the receipt of the registration fee will be an electronic file. If you need a paper receipt, please send email to ende2019@sina.com with the subject "request paper receipt". For the convenience of the participants, we also provide poster printing services. You can click the "Print Poster" button on the Quick Links of the main page, then upload your poster and make the payment. The price is $15 USD per poster, please note that we will not provide the recipe for poster printing.
